ZYVRACE / Updated 4 October 2026
Privacy policy
Your progress. Your identity. Your choices. Updated October 4, 2026.
Who we are
Our Next Everything Holdings LLC operates ZYVRACE and zyvrace.com. Our Privacy Contact is available at support@ournexteverything.com. This policy covers the website and Android game, including private testing. Play Games, cloud restore and paid purchases are described below for releases in which they are available.
Progress and racer identity
Coins, vehicles, paints, settings, records, progression and a bounded gameplay event journal are saved on your device. The journal helps maintain daily challenges and progress; there is no separate third-party analytics or crash-reporting service in the audited game integration.
Online features use a game-generated installation ID, your chosen racer name and an authentication token. Racer names and eligible leaderboard results are public. Results include course, difficulty, vehicle, finish time, build version, timestamp and the server’s supported result fields. Choose a nickname without private information.
Google Play Games and purchases
Google Play Games identity binding and verified purchases are implemented but await Play configuration and release activation. Where available, Google authenticates you and ZYVRACE binds your stable Play Games player ID, not your email. Your Google display name is only a suggestion for your first racer name; an existing ZYVRACE racer name is not overwritten.
Bound profiles can upload progress snapshots, including wallet, vehicles, gameplay journal, records and entitlement ledgers, for restore. Only successfully uploaded progress is recoverable; erased, unsynced offline progress cannot be restored. Purchase verification uses product IDs, purchase tokens, status and an account binding. Google handles payment details; ZYVRACE does not receive your payment-card number.
Rewarded ads and privacy controls
Optional rewarded videos use Google AdMob. Standard candidates can use configured ZYVRACE production inventory; QA and demo modes use official test inventory. Both involve Google SDK processing. Google documents IP addresses (which may estimate general location), app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device/account identifiers including advertising and app-set IDs, for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Declining a video does not prevent ordinary racing.
The app’s UMP integration checks consent before requesting ads and provides advertising privacy options in Settings when required. Actual messages depend on AdMob configuration and region. Android settings also let you manage your advertising ID. See Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. A website notice cannot replace app-side consent.
Website, downloads and support
The public site has no advertising tags, external analytics or third-party video embed. Your chosen language is stored in your browser until you change it or clear site storage. Protected downloads use a secure authentication cookie with an eight-hour validity. These support preferences and access, rather than advertising.
Hosting logs can contain IP address, request time, URL, status and browser/app information for operation, security and troubleshooting. Tester authentication stores username, access role, token digest and session times; failed sign-ins use an IP-derived rate-limit digest. The updater encrypts its access session locally and does not store your password. Small update and trusted-time requests may contact our server.
Support receives the email address, message, device details and attachments you choose to provide. Existing company mail infrastructure forwards support messages to the responsible operator. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details or identity documents in ordinary email.
Sharing, security and retention
Our operator and existing hosting, support and Google providers process information needed for their services. Other racers see public leaderboard fields, not private authentication tokens or purchase tokens. HTTPS protects network transfers; access controls and token digests protect supported server authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Local data remains until removed. Current server profile and leaderboard records have no automatic expiry. Download sessions expire after eight hours; expired rows are cleaned during later activity. Hosting logs rotate daily with 14 rotated files. Support mail, security and transaction records may be retained to resolve requests, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Backups can outlast active records. Ask our Privacy Contact about applicable retention or backup periods and any deletion exception. Google retains its own records under its policies; see Account deletion for our request process.
Your rights and international users
Email support@ournexteverything.com to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or help withdrawing consent. Include enough information to identify your ZYVRACE profile without sending passwords or tokens. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, object, appeal a decision, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, or complain to your local regulator. We may need reasonable proof of ownership before acting. This notice does not waive your statutory rights.
Our services and providers, including Google and company support-email services, may process information outside your country. Contact our Privacy Contact for information about processing locations, recipients and applicable transfer safeguards. EEA, UK and Swiss users can manage available advertising choices through the app’s privacy options; US-state users can request applicable advertising opt-outs through those options or support. The public website itself has no advertising or optional analytics tracking.
Younger players and changes
The private beta does not include a verified parental-consent flow. Check the current store rating and testing invitation before allowing a younger player to participate. Parents or guardians can contact support@ournexteverything.com about a child’s information. We do not ask players to put their age, real name or other private information in a public racer name.
We update this policy when practices change and show the revision date above. New account, advertising or purchase processing requires the appropriate notices and consent where applicable. Questions about this policy or a translation can be sent to our Privacy Contact.
