Use and access

ZYVRACE is an Android racing game operated by Our Next Everything Holdings LLC. By using the game or website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before using the service.

Private test candidates are development releases. Use official downloads and only the tester access granted to you. Do not share protected download credentials. Previewed or planned content is not a promise of present availability. Never play while driving or when your surroundings require attention.

Accounts and racer names

Keep your device and access credentials secure. Use only an account you own or are authorized to use. Google Play Games, where enabled, provides an account binding; your public ZYVRACE racer name remains separate from your Google identity.

The first racer-name claim is free and names must be available and globally unique. A later successful rename costs 500 Coins; a failed rename costs nothing. Existing supported legacy-name migration is preserved. Choose a respectful nickname without private information, impersonation or abusive content.

Progress and restore

Local progress can be lost if you erase app data or uninstall. Where configured, Play Games binding restores the latest successfully uploaded profile, not offline changes that were never uploaded. Temporary Google or network unavailability does not block ordinary offline racing. Keep the app updated through its official channel; contact support before erasing data when recovery is needed.

Coins and Coin packs

Coins are an in-game resource without cash value or a cash-out facility. Earned and purchased Coins are used for the supported in-game options. They do not bypass progression requirements or make earned-only mastery vehicles purchasable.

Coin packs are available only when configured through Google Play. Confirm the product, quantity and local price in the purchase flow. Completed, verified purchases are credited once; pending or unsuccessful purchases grant nothing. Race multipliers do not double purchased Coin packs.

Optional rewarded ads

A rewarded video is optional and grants only its stated reward after a successful earned callback. Failed, cancelled or unavailable ads grant no reward. Available choices include Store Coins, a supported repaint and the post-race Double Coins reward. A rewarded video does not remove progression or vehicle-eligibility requirements.

2× Race Coins Forever

Where enabled through Google Play, 2× Race Coins Forever is a one-time, permanent, non-consumable entitlement with a USD reference price of $2.99. Google Play displays the actual local price before purchase. It automatically doubles eligible Coins from legitimately finished races and replaces only the post-race Double Coins video. It is not granted for an unfinished, crashed, aborted or invalid race.

It does not remove other ads, make repaint free, double purchased Coins, or change race time, stats, progression, mastery or leaderboard outcomes. The race reward cannot stack beyond 2×. Ownership is verified and restored through supported Play purchase/account services; pending purchases grant no entitlement and verified refunds or revocations can remove it. These paid features await Play configuration and release activation.

Fair play and restrictions

Do not cheat, falsify records or rewards, manipulate purchases, impersonate racers, harass others, interfere with services, bypass protected access or distribute a modified game as an official release. Leaderboard submissions must come from legitimate supported play.

We may restrict access or remove abusive names or invalid records to protect the game, other players and service security, subject to applicable law. Restrictions are not a substitute for an account-deletion request. Contact support if you believe a restriction or result is incorrect.

Intellectual property

The game, original vehicles, artwork, music, branding and website content are protected by their owners’ intellectual-property rights. Using ZYVRACE gives you permission to play through supported official access; it does not transfer ownership of the content or permit commercial redistribution. Third-party and open-source materials retain their applicable licenses.

Availability, purchases and refunds

Features, balance and availability may change, especially during private testing. We do not promise uninterrupted service or recovery of erased, unsynced data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Google Play manages available platform payments and its refund process. Contact Google Play or ZYVRACE support about a purchase issue, with the product and order reference if available. Account deletion does not automatically refund a purchase or delete Google’s purchase history. Valid consumer rights continue to apply.

Contact support@ournexteverything.com for questions, disputes or account help. The revision date appears above; material changes will be reflected in these terms and communicated where required. Mandatory local consumer rights remain protected. A translation does not waive rights that apply in your country.
