A playable foundation
A working private Android playtest, with Street and Baja development experiences, Career progression, Garage paints, earned mastery and finish-time records. Street preview availability remains subject to development checks.
An identity to own
The ZYVRACE brand, original game identity, owned source and editable owned production assets. A coherent vehicle collection and visual world provide a foundation for future content.
A connected product
Racer identity and leaderboard backend, protected tester distribution, support routes and a live website in nine languages. The surrounding product exists beyond the game client.
Monetization infrastructure
Coin economy, optional AdMob rewarded-video paths and purchase infrastructure are prepared. Standard candidates can use configured production ad inventory; QA and demo modes use test ads. Paid Play products still await configuration and activation.
Development continuity
An Android-focused Godot production workflow, build validation, source checkpoints and rollback infrastructure support a technical handover. Detailed implementation is available through confidential diligence.
Documented asset provenance
Owned assets sit alongside documented third-party and open-source components. Licensing records and attribution support diligence; rights and service transfers are confirmed for the agreed transaction scope.

Open Road is a future direction in development, separate from current Street and Baja previews. Future classes and content offer expansion directions for a new owner to evaluate. These are roadmap opportunities, with scope and execution still to be developed; Open Road is not available today.
